More than 30,000 refugees from ethnic clashes in the Democratic Republic of Congo have crossed the border into the Republic of Congo, aid agencies said on Friday. Suspected separatists blew up a fuel-laden train in India's restive northeast, causing a giant inferno that took 12 hours to control, police said Tuesday. A police spokesperson said the train of 48 wagons travelling from the Numaligarh Refinery caught fire late Monday in the state of Assam about 270 kilometres (167 miles) from state capital Guwahati. Manga, I think the people who have decided to be repatriated in the west, signed up to make their homes there and so do not expect to go back to Bhutan. I met 2 people, one who works around the corner from where I live in New York, who are actually Nepalis (from Nepal) but they managed to come here as Bhutanese refugees. I think that speaks volumes about why many of them were in the camps to begin with. Do you seriously think they want to go...

Suzanne, your ignorance is confirmed from your mention of the 'UNHRC', when i'm sure you mean the UNHCR. The UNHCR actually made the situation worse when they opened the camps offering more cash per day than the average person made in the region. Even in the camps in Kenya, it is a known fact that the UNHCR still does not know how many people are actually in the camps. They've tried doing a census many times but cannot figure it out.
