Christian History Proves that early Christians believed in one God and his name one (Zech 14:9). The Jewish converts held to the Old Testament "Shema", or saying of Deut 6:4: "Hear O Israel, The Lord Our God is one"... And it was not until Justin Martyr 90-165 AD and the Didache 130 AD teachings; (These Are false writings accepted by Catholics as doctrine even today. They readily admit it is work of fiction.) that baptism was changed to a slightly extend trinity form, with Jesus still inserted in the middle of it. From there came the idea of other Greek minded converts to add some of it's Pagan ideas. A Catholic bishop in 180 AD speaks of a God that is three. Tertullian 197 AD was the first to coin trininty from Pagan Plato's work of timaeus, but twisting it. And it was until 325 at Nicene that it was doctrine . In 380 the trinity which it's origin is explanied as; "In thinking of the trinity, they came upon it", or in today's words they made it up-was refined to what we see in today's form. Every baptism in the bible was completed in Jesus name. And there is no mention ever of the trinity. To find the trinity and it's origin we have look in to Babylon. In A. Hislop's book of "Two Babylon's ", it shows how that every culture accepted some type of triad; from Babylon to Egypt on to Greek and Roman and finally the Roman catholic Church. It not only contradicts itself in many areas it contradicts the word of God. Fervent righteous prayer should be made to God if you doubt my words-Ask for wisdom without doubting and you shall receive it, from God above who changes not-He alone can reveal the truth to us all as he did Peter in Matthew 16. God bless us all!
