Big Brother host Brian Dowling has said he wants to see fun housemates this year. Speaking at the show’s press launch last week, the former Big Brother champ revealed he hopes that this year’s inmates won’t just be after quick fame and money.

Some of the Downville Housemates spent the better part of their evening in the bedroom, coming up with ingenious plans to help them dodge Big Brother's ever watchful eye, as well as the Big Brother StarGame cameras.  

The CBS reality show "Big Brother" will hold a casting call Monday afternoon at Washburn University. The show, which will be in its 14th season, is holding tryouts from 4 to 6:30 p.m. in the Washburn Room of the Memorial Union.  

New house, new housemates, new host, same concept – Big Brother returns in 2012 and the auditions attract thousands of hopefuls from around Australia. I went along to try my luck.
