Lottery ticket sales declined about $11.3 million in the past fiscal year, mainly because of a downturn in the economy, Oklahoma officials said. The Arkansas Lottery Commission agreed Tuesday to sell Mega Millions tickets next year, making multistate jackpots available to lottery participants four nights a week instead of two.
