You will be bidding on a corner lot, located 2 blocks from Half Moon Bay, California. The property sits less than 200 yards from the Pacific Ocean close to the southern edge of town. The lot does have an Ocean View and are only about 2 blocks from the shoreline of the Pacific. The property sits at the corner of Redondo Beach Road and Euclid Avenue just north of the Half Moon Bay Golf Links and the Ritz Carlton Resort there. The city of Half Moon Bay now boasts a population of 11,000 and is located on the coast in San Mateo County. The subdivision is unimproved and development is not allowed at this time, although there is development about a quarter mile to the east (see aerial from google map link). As mentioned power is on Redondo Beach Road at the property, and development is prohibited at this time. The topography of the lot ranges from pretty much flat to a gentle roll in a few spots.
