Former Indianapolis Colts vice chairman Bill Polian made an appearance on 1070 The Fan in Indianapolis to discuss his dismissal from the Colts. Polian indicated that he wasn’t shocked when Colts owner Jim Irsay fired him. “No shock. Former Indianapolis Colts vice chairman Bill Polian told the Associated Press that he believes his biggest mistake was not having an adequate back up quarterback for Peyton Manning and he believes that’s what led to him being fired.
