Kaibab National Forest , Arizona
The first lookout on Bill Williams Mountain on the Kaibab National Forest was a high stump with an alidade. It was replaced with a 30' wooden tower in 1924. The present Aermotor MC-39 tower was constructed in 1937 and is in active service. The 7'x7' metal cab features an unusual raised platform above the roof.
