5. Justin Bieber

The Bieb took home Digital Artist of the Year early on in the show, and told fans: "I want to thank everybody who helped get me out of my hometown." (He's from Ontario, Canada.) He was up for 11 awards tonight. His second win of the evening was Top New Artist, and he got a smooch from Selena Gomez after winning that one! He also came away with: Top Streaming Artist, Top Social Artist, Top Pop Album, and Top Streaming Song (Video). What a night.
