Singer turned actress Billie Piper has given birth to a baby boy named Winston James Fox . The Doctor Who star required an emergency caesarean after a 26 hour labour. The baby was born at 1am, weighing in at 6lb 11oz, reports Telegraph . The father, actor Laurence Fox , said of his newborn son, "He is beautiful. He is sweet. "Billie is happy, of course she is, she's a mum." Billie's ex-husband Chris Evans was one of the first visitors. Evans, a Radio 2 presenter, said, "Mum is very happy and I am really pleased.
