The new head coach of the University of Kentucky men's basketball team is Billy Gillispie. Gillispie was the head coach of Texas A&M and will replace Tubby Smith, who left for the University of Minnesota.
Gillispie won 70 games in three seasons at Texas A&M and the Aggies reached the Sweet 16 in the 2007 tournament. The pressure to win at Kentucky is very high and the Wildcats faithful expect to always be competing for national championships. Read Full Story

6th player to commit to Gillispie is K.C Miller the 6-1, 170-pound point guard out of Dallas TX. K.C joined Dakotah Euton as members of the class of 2010 that say they'll join the Cats. So far Billy Gillispie has been working his tail off on the recruiting road, a lot of good prospects have emerged including Patrick Patterson and Jai Lucas, 7ft. Beas Hamga is now waiting for eligibility to reclassify for 2007 and plans to visit the bluegrass.
