Islamic militant websites are claiming that Osama Bin Laden plans to release a new video statement before the 6th anniversary of the September 11 world trade center attack.
On September 7, 2007, the U.S. Government confirmed that they had an alleged video from bin Laden but that they were still checking for authenticity.
