I think all daily life, such as virus and pandemics, is managed by the Creator of the Universe. If God decides to plague a nation that kills infant girls, and aborts millions of live individual beings, they shall be powerless to combat it. The bird flu is absolutely nothing when compared to the pandemics that shall occur and shut down all worldwide transportation, close all borders, as the bodies die so quickly the crows can not retain up. So I feel the governments reaction is futile and idiotic.
