Great product for air-borne allergies The 3M 8233 face mask gives great protection against air-borne allergies, far better than "regular" filter masks. I have a particularly hard time in places where animals are present, and this product makes it possible for me to be in such environments when necessary. Good mask, but rip off from the Company selling them. The 3M 8612F N95 Respirator Mask is an excellent choice to protect against H1N1 (Swine Flu). Buying them from the Vendor on Amazon has them overpriced, if not gauging. 2 boxes with 2 in a box for $45 plus shipping is not very many when one considers as soon as the mask is taken off it becomes contaminated and needs to be replaced with a new one. 1 bx of 20 or more would be a better choice at probably a better price. Made in Tunisia - imported. Uncomfortable. The green bendy flexible metal strip that is supposed to mould around your nose is very, very stiff and difficult to bend. This means that it is almost impossible to get a good seal around the nose, and air tends to seep around the edges of the mask near your nose when exhaling. This can fog up safety goggles.
