Defendant Seth Cravens made a brief statement during sentencing Monday, apologizing to the victim's family and his own family. Henri Hendricks, a backup quarterback for UNH, is accused of murder and assault in a fatal attack on Emery Kauanui Jr. on May 24th. he pleaded not guilty in court in San Diego. His bail was set.
