Circle City Expands Market
In a suprising move, Circle City Tickets has announced that they are entering into a new ticketing market. Circle City is breaking new ground in ticket business by entering into the resale of Chuck E Cheese tickets. Company representative Skully explains, "As the economy slows, brokers in the secondary market have to be a little more creative in the markets in which we invest. It has to go beyond the traditional concerts, sports, and theater. We are doing that."
Skully expands further, "Thousands of brokers compete against each other for many high profile events, such as premium football game tickets. With this new market we hope to avoid some of that competition. Plus, kids love them." Tickets in certain colors for some premium Chuck E Cheese locations have gone for as much as $650 per ticket, although most remain in the $2-$5 per ticket range. "We get mostly purple and green print tickets, but occasionaly we get a black print ticket on blue stock. Those move pretty quickly though." Circle City also has plans to sell tickets in un-torn strips, but currently only sells individual tickets.
This child used his credit card he is holding to purchase 6 1/2 purple print tickets from Circle City Tickets for $45. He will trade them in for a tootsie roll and two pencil erasers.
