Black Canyon Of The Gunnison National Park

MONTROSE — Searchers found missing college student Mark Young Jr.'s truck Thursday at the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, his father, Mark Young Sr. said.  

Montrose County Coroner, Dr. Tom Canfield, tells 11 News he does not suspect foul play in the death of a person at Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Authorities recovered the body from the park Friday morning.  

MONTROSE — Rangers confirmed the discovery of a body in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison last night. "There has been no identification and no cause of death determined," Ranger Angie Richman said.

A body has been recovered from Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park after the Ford Explorer belonging to a missing University of Northern Colorado student was found earlier.
