Rep. Roy Blunt was scheduled to speak at the Boone County Republicans chili supper Friday night, along with state Sen. Chuck Purgason, Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer, Allen Icet, Thomas Schweich and others. However, Blunt did not attend the event for unspecified reasons.
