The competition just coming to a finish, Tom & Blake did not really get off to the best start, the 1st dive was good, leaving them in 4th place, but 2 & 3 were clearly not perfect, and they dropped quite rightly down to 8th place. The next dives were better, but again not perfect, and with much too much to do, they managed to briefly get to 7th, but sadly at the end finished in 8th out of 8.
You cannot buy this kind of experience for Tom Daley in particular, he also has the individual to go, but this was just one step too far for the boys.
