Blake Lively Gets A Restraining Order

Blake Lively has been granted a restraining order against obsessed fan, Sergei Mifle.
Sergei reportedly tried to contact Blake through her mom, telling her that he was “deeply concerned” about Blake for some reason, and wanted to help her. Sergei is now required to stay away from Blake and her mom.
