Since its release of Warcraft in 1994, it has been one of the most successful game development studios in the world. Its headquarters are based in Irvine, California. The company has a history of largely overshooting release dates, to ensure the quality of their games. Many Blizzard fans see this as somewhat of a blessing in disguise, as Blizzard has a reputation for producing classic games that are played for years to come after their release. Many of their games since Warcraft have been best-sellers.
You no doubt remember Erik Estavillo, the serial suer who unsuccessfully tried to sue Sony – and then set his sights on Microsoft and Nintendo? It seems he’s either batsh*t insane, or has no idea when to stop – and my money’s on him being completely off his rocker. Don’t take this world without WarCraft to mean that Blizzard’s completely iced the idea of a fourth entry in the popular fantasy RTS series, though. Just be prepared to wait a tick before scratching your orc-commanding, night elf-outsmarting itch. "Warcraft 4 is certainly something that gets talked about on a pretty regular basis," Blizzard’s J. Allen Brack said in an interview with AusGamers . "While I think we're all excited about a Warcraft 4, ...
