I agree with ed...moto has just not lived up to other manufacturers standards in the last 5 years (since th razr), as a rep I usually tell ppl not to buy moto phones cuz they'll see more probs with them than maybe samsung or nokia or sony ericsson...although I like the droid, ppl just don't trust it yet..
