simultaneously offering this unit for sale locally and the unit may become
unavailable if a local buyer purchases the unit before the end of this online
auction. The winning bidder must pay a $500 deposit via PayPal ONLY
within 24 hours of winning the auction. This deposit is Non-Refundable—NO
EXCEPTIONS! After paying the $500 deposit the buyer must pay
the balance of the winning price within 7 days of the close of the
auction. The buyer will also pay a $99 document and processing fee in
addition to the total of the winning bid. The unit may be picked up at
our location in Guntersville, AL after arrangements have been made with 24
hours notice. We offer on-site financing for qualified buyers for up to
