Tommie Harris now a Charger The Chargers announced the signing of defensive lineman Tommie Harris, and that safety Bob Sanders has been placed on injured reserve. The Indianapolis Colts have announced that safety Bob Sanders underwent surgery on his injured biceps tendon. Dr. James Andrews preformed the surgery today, according to the team.
