Photo by breannameyer Former Yankees right fielder Bobby Abreu is still a free agent, and he most likely will not be coming back to the Bronx. Abreu served as the Yankee’s number three hitter last year putting up a .296 average, 20 home runs, 22 stolen bags, and a .371 batting average. He will be 35 when the season starts, but will he have a team? Abreu, who was considered among the top ten in this year’s free agent class, was originally seeking a multiyear deal. Normally, you will find Bobby in the same area as Geovany Soto, Magglio Ordonez, and free-agent Adam Dunn. Considering his ... Read Full Story

The most exciting event in baseball happened in the last 24 hours. That's right, Bobby Abreu resigned with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim! Let's face it, I care more about my dog's opinions on philosophy than the achievements of the New York Yankees. Congrats to them on a great year and all, but I can't wait to beat them next season. On the other hand, Abreu signing a two-year extension for $19 million with a club option for 2012 is truly...
