Robert Titcomb, who happens to be Barack Obama‘s best friend, was one of the 4 men arrested on suspicion of soliciting a prostitute. He was later released on $500 bail according to the Honolulu police. Titcomb attended Punahou School in Honolulu with Obama in the 1970′s. Obama graduated in 1979, a year before Titcomb.
