The cardio segments are challenging enough, and the weight work is, too, if you heavy-up enough with the dumbbells. This workout is a performed a little more slowly so that you can do that. I was just in a rehab center where they had me working on a machine that worked my legs and arms in a sitting position similar to how this machine works.
