Here I record snippets from today’s bodybuilding workout. The routine included inclined dumbbell press, wide grip dips, overhead military press, bench press, lateral arm raises, decline crunches and leg raises.
This is primarily a chest workout, and is part of the second set of workout routines in the muscle gain truth workout formula.
Gaining Mass, And Getting Fatter
As for my body transformation, the workouts are certainly causing the muscles to adapt. I’m getting stronger and I’m gaining mass. Unfortunately, I’m getting a fatter belly because I have too many carbohydrates late at night… if you know what I mean.
In addition, I’ve been limiting my lean muscle growth in the mornings by putting breakfast off until after my second cup of coffee. But now I have a fix for that!
Today I started adding protein powder to my coffee instead of cream and sugar!! This could be a big thing for slowing adding protein into my system throughout the day on a consistent basis! (I drink 4 or 5 cups of coffee each day)
