bicep workout…… barbel curls, preacher curls, concentration curls, hammer curls…

Im 15 a freshman in highschool and an ectomorph/mesomorph. Im pretty built already, I can bench 150lbs on regular bench and 130lbs on incline bench. But what I need to know is what exercises will allow me to build massive arms. Please list some along with descriptions of each exercise. Also if you can please list a workout plan and nutrition guide.
