Wednesday night July 01 in the building of the Vice President of Bolivia presented the book: "Indigenous Autonomy in reality and the new Bolivian Constitution" by Albó Xavier and Carlos Romero. La noche del miércoles 01 de julio en el edificio de la Vicepresidencia del Estado Plurinacional se presentó el libro: "Autonomías Indígenas en la realidad boliviana y su nueva Constitución" de Xavier Albó y Carlos Romero, a la cita asistió el Vicepresidente del Estado Plurinacional Álvaro García Linera, el Secretario General de la institución Héctor Ramírez y la representante de la PADEP/GTZ, Marion Hoermann, el texto fue comentado por el Director de la Fundación Tierra Gonzalo Colque.

La Vicepresidencia del Estado Plurinacional congregó a más de 600 personas que se dieron cita con el fin de presenciar la presentación del libro "Autonomías Indígenas en la realidad boliviana y su nueva Constitución" de Xavier Albó y Carlos Romero. El libro fue redactado después de las jornadas de diálogo de prefectos y gobierno el pasado año hasta después de la promulgación de la actual Constitución Política del Estado. La obra tiene por objetivo sondear las diversas potencialidades y caminos para poner en marcha las autonomías indígenas planteada en la Constitución, en torno a los datos oficiales relevantes de la realidad indígena originaria actual.
