Ekta Kapoor made her blue-eyed girl Prachi Desai of "Kasamh Se" fame work harder than other actors before relieving her from Balaji Telefilms because the TV tycoon didn't want to be accused of favouritism. "Honestly, Prachi is like a part of our family. My father, mother and I have adopted her. But as a producer I tortured the hell out of her.
