I'm starting with seeds to grow Dawn Redwood trees, although I didn't have success with my first attempt, I've stepped things up and am now on the right track. The first true leaves broke apart yesterday, exposing another set of leaves that are still stuck together at the top. The outline of the smaller set can just barely be made out in this photo, look carefully at the true leaf on the left.
