The Booker T Washington National Monument is a national monument in Hardy, VA.
Norfolk State added some quickness and versatility to its 2010 recruiting class Sunday, picking up a commitment from all-purpose back Dionte Edwards of Booker T. Washington High.
The 5-foot-8, 170-pound Edwards compiled 1,400 all-purpose yards in just seven games in 2009, before an injury ended his season. He scored five touchdowns in a single game - vs. Petersburg High.
