They're mostly appealing to young girls, and a new boy band seems to surface every few years, only to disappear like the boy bands before them.
It started out as a rumor that has now been confirmed by none other than the Jonas Brothers' mom. Denise Jonas told Parade.com, "Nick is working on a solo act. It's called Nick Jonas and the Administration." An album is expected from the project, and Denise Jonas indicated cover photos were already being shot. The rumor floated earlier this month.
