Brad Garrett continued his policy of getting into scuffles with celebrity photogs today, and once again, he got a little bit racist. In a scuffle with paparazzi following him, Garrett yells at a one in particular to "Speak English!" and "Wear the turban!" while motioning above his head. Brad was accosted by some paparazzo this past Tuesday, and lashed back by telling the man to speak english and wear a turban. I'm guessing the fellow was Arab. According to police reports, the actor is in fact under investigation.  Rumor has it that Brad Garrett had a "confrontation" with a paparazzi photographer outside Dan Tana's restaurant on Santa Monica Blvd. Paparazzi are known to get aggressive with celebrities.  Odd and sometimes unfortunate dynamics are set up when paparazzi are paid big bucks for capturing pics of celebrities and their private lives.  Just look at poor Britney Spears.
