Brady Green -- Tyra Banks' stalker avoid serious jail time

Despite threatening to kill one of her assistants, Tyra Banks' stalker Brady Green will avoid serving serious jail time.

Instead he'll serve a year of probabtion and attend an "anti-stalking" class.

The man who was convicted of stalking former supermodel Tyra Banks was sentenced to one year of probation.

Brady Green, 39, has also been ordered to complete an "anti-stalking" course at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Needless to say, Green is prohibited from contacting the talk show host ever again.

Green was arrested after he made a cross-country trip to Banks' NYC studios. According to court documents, he had previously threatened to kill one of her assistants after she refused to give him Tyra's home address.
