The trial for Brady Green, the man accused of stalking Tyra Banks and threatening to kill her assistant, began today.

Green is said to have followed the star coast-to-coast, sending her flowers, writing love notes, and at one point threatening Bank's assistant when she refused to reveal Bank's home address. According to court documents, Green screamed into the phone, "You're f**ing lying, I'm going to find you and slit your throat."

All this led up to Green finally showing up at the Manhattan building where Banks films her daytime talk show, where police busted him.

According to court papers, Green then unloaded a whole bunch of crazy on the cops, saying:
I know her. She knows me. We're good friends. [...] We had a thing together. I sent her flowers. I sent her cards. Should I plead no contest? I've got satellites watching me and recording us.
If found guilty, Green could face up to 90 days in jail for fourth degree stalking.
