Tyra Banks Stalker not sent to jail instead he is.....
The dude who stalked Tyra Banks
was sentenced to a year probation and ordered to complete a treatment program designed for stalkers.
Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke ordered Brady Green, 39, to stay away from Banks for the next two years. The Dublin, Ga native would face up to 90 days in jail if he disobeys any of the court's orders.
Green and his lawyer left court this afternoon without talking to the media.
