Missing since Tuesday, July 8, 18-year-old Brandi Hall has been reported missing following an argument with her boyfriend, the father of her 3-year-old child.Police report she was last seen carrying a tan-colored purse with woven straps on the TriMet bus in Portland, Oregon.
