LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Brandon Spikes’s Chatroulete video is under investigation. Spikes’ Chatroulete video is confirmed as being the Patriots rookie by his agent today. Early on Tuesday morning, LALATE reported on the then unidentified person resembling Brandon Spikes in the video.
