What's old hat for the Pittsburgh Steelers is new world for the Cincinnati Bengals.  

DENVER - The showdown between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Denver Broncos on Monday night features two of the AFC's top teams, a couple of the hardest-hitting defenses in the league and a pair of the NFL's brightest young coaching minds.  

Broncos-Steelers, two likely AFC contenders. Personally I'll be rooting for the Steelers to give the Colts a 2 game lead on the rest of the AFC, and because Smire-Time Hines Wald and HARF HARF Ben are two of my all time favorite characters in any medium. Even more interesting is the battle for the leagues drunkest, beardedest, quarterback in the league. vs.

The supposed "best" teams in the AFC ran into some trouble Sunday. The defending champion Pittsburgh Steelers were hurt by two missed Jeff Reed field goals and lost to the Chicago Bears 17-14.  

Isaac Redman, the camp phenom who also led the Steelers in rushing during the preseason, was elevated from the practice squad to the team's 53-man roster.  

PITTSBURGH - Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark planned to played in Denver despite nearly losing his life after a game in the high-altitude city two years ago. He also said he's not unhappy coach Mike Tomlin chose to hold him out.  

Harrison has recorded 25 tackles, seven sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in four victories.
