I've recently developed an interest in VSOP brandies/cognacs. Tried a couple of VSOP brandies, and also Remy Martin VSOP recently, all of them neat. I'd appreciate some suggestions on the best ways to consume cognac, and some affordable cognac brands - under $75 for a 750 ml bottle.
