Carnaval 2012: Samba School Rehearsals in São Paulo
Previously published in adayinbrazil.com technical rehearsals samba schools of Rio de Janeiro, but if you are going to be in São Paulo on the dates previous to the carnival you might well attend one of the numerous rehearsals of the samba schools in the city of São Paulo.
Good to know that the tests are a kind of celebration. No costumes, no giant floats with its special effects. The rehearsals are more to dance, sing the samba school samba, drinking caipirinha (do you know how to prepare?) and beer with friends and celebrate the Brazilian culture in loco.

Where to buy tickets to São Paulo Carnaval 2012?
Who wants to secure tickets for the 2012 Carnival in Sao Paulo, is available seven ticket booths throughout the city, plus the ability to buy the tickets at the site Ingresso Fácil. The parades take place on 17 and 18 February, in the Sambadrome (north zone).
