Bell played with the Ottawa Senators last season and comes to the Blues on a deal where terms have yet to be released. Bell, 28, has 101 games of NHL experience with the Maple Leafs, Coyotes, and Senators, having last played in the NHL back in 2008-09 when he notched 21 points in 53 games with Ottawa.
