Watch The Hilarious Trailer For The Guard Starring Brendan Gleeson
While the Sony Pictures Classic release of the trailer for The Guard was only a morsel of what we would get before its theatrical release, the studio has decided to tease us yet again with even more high brow antics of Brendan Gleesen being a law bending racist Irish cop. Don Cheadle provides casting support to Gleeson’s character and Liam Cunningham, Mark Strong, Rory Keenan and Sarah Greene round out the cast. I have to say that I did get a few laughs out of me while watching this trailer and will be very interested to see how it does in the indie market.
The Guard is due out this July 29th.
