The New England Patriots have activated defensive lineman Titus Adams from their practice squad and placed defensive back Bret Lockett on season-ending injured reserve with a groin injury. They also announced Wednesday the signings of quarterback Jeff Rowe and wide receiver Darnell Jenkins to the practice squad.
