From the FanPosts.   -Primetime There's been a lot of buzz around Arrowhead Pride and other Chiefs fan sites the last couple of weeks about how the Chiefs should acquire a young quarterback.  Last week it was Brady Quinn...the backup for the Cleveland Browns that many Kansas City fans grit their teeth that we missed in the 2007 draft (although Dwayne Bowe is not a bad consolation prize).  Personally I was never behind that since a) I'm not all that convinced that Brady Quinn is going to be a good pro quarterback, because b) he's looked utterly underwhelming in the playing time he has gotten, ... Brian Brohm the 6′4″ 224 Quarteback from Louisville seems to be the real deal. In his freshman year only playing part time he was named the Big East Freshman of the year while throwing for 820 yards and 6 touchdowns. In his Sophomore year his success continued where he threw for 2,883 yards with a 19-5 td/interception ratio. With a wopping 68% completion percentage and also becoming the Big East Offensive Player of the Year. As a Junior his completion percentage dropped to 64% but his passing yards increased to 3,049. Louisville senior quarterback Brian Brohm is a candidate for the 2007 Heisman Trophy. Brohm passed for more than 3,000 yards in 2006 and some experts think he'll make a run at 5,000 yards this season. Brohm is playing for a new head coach this season as Bobby Petrino left the Cardinals for the NFL's Atlanta Falcons after the '06 campaign. Read Full Story
