An American judge has thrown out a lawsuit brought by seven-time Cy Young award winner Roger Clemens against his former personal trainer Brian McNamee. In February, US district judge Keith P. Ellison dismissed the majority of Clemens' lawsuit and this latest decision on August 28 nullifies the final portion of the suit. McNamee is suing Clemens for defamation in a separate suit filed with a New York court.
