Yes this is the same Brian Robison that gave Packers player T.J. Lang a kick in the nads a couple weeks back. Now he is shoving refs around like it's his job. The ref was breaking up a fight and Robison pushed him out of the way ever so slightly. The ref didn't throw a flag and no fines are coming as far as we know. Nothing like getting away with picking on the little fellas. Just be thankful it wasn't Hochuli.

Sunday's Packers-Vikings game was not without some controversy. Yes, Aaron Rodgers led Green Bay to a victory over Minnesota, keeping their undefeated streak alive, but the side story after the game surrounded a play in which Vikings' Brian Robison took a dirty cheap shot at Packers' T.J. Lang. At the end of a play while Robison was on the turf, he lunged his cleat into Lang's groin, causing even the announcers to wince in pain. Lang responded after the game calling Robison's actions...Read Full Story

There's even more unsportsmanlike conduct happening this week. Minnesota Viking's defense man Brain Robison delivered a brutal low blow to Green Bay Packers T.J Lang. Brain Robison was knocked off his feet (as a usual football player would be) and as T.J Lang approached the defense man (who was on the ground at the time) Robison lifted up his own foot and kicked Lang right in the men's sensitive area. A great/horrible cheap shot.
Robison was flagged for...Read Full Story
I was really pretty excited the other day when I read that Brian Robison signed a new 3 year deal with the Vikings. I feel like he is a young player that the Vikes need to keep around for a long time.

For one, I think that the days of Ray Edwards are limited in Minnesota… and to be honest, I’m not all that sad about it. Edwards was capable of having a big game every now and then, but he was even more capable of having a big mouth… OFTEN.
Robison, on the...Read Full Story

Defensive End

4th Round Pick(2007)
Brian Robison has been a versatile back up for the Vikings for a few years now. I’ve always viewed Robison as one of the better back ups in the league but he looks to take on a bigger role in 2011.
Ray Edwards will be hitting Free Agency and seems like the Vikings will let Robison replace him. Robison signed a 3 year, 14.1 million dollar deal with 6.5 in guaranteed money before the lockout started. Those are eye popping...Read Full Story

Going into the 2011 season, it was largely wondered whether or not Brian Robison would be able to step in and replace the departed Ray Edwards at defensive end opposite Jared Allen. Edwards made it no secret that he wanted out of Minnesota, feeling as ...

Since 2006, the Vikings have selected Ray Edwards, Brian Robison, Everson Griffen and Christian Ballard in the fourth round. Cleveland, Green Bay and the New York Jets received four compensatory picks each to lead the annual dispersing of 32 compensatory picks.
The Minnesota Vikings have holes to fill, but defensive line is not a major priority. The defensive ends, led by Jared Allen, are the strength of the Vikings defense. Along with Allen, Brian Robison is a good starter and Everson Griffen is turning into ...
