When the teams sang the national anthem, each player saluted the audience -- until it came to Wilson's turn. The eccentric athlete gave the Arizona haters a five-finger salute when the cameras panned on him.
The pitcher, who played for the National League, helped lead his team to a 5-1 win against the American League. Wilson even sported special cleats -- designed with his face on the sides -- for the big game! Check out the video of his infamous salute below.
