It is one of the galleries included in "Kulturforum" near Berlin's Potsdamerplatz. Gemäldegalerie has one of the world's most important European art collections, which presents art masterpieces from the 13th to 18th Century. Paintings are organised by several criteria: chronologically (by art-history epochs), by art schools and by cultural landscapes.
